Privacy notice
This page covers what we collect when you use 1015jt.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We wrote it to be read, so it is short.
Who we are
Ten 15 J.T. Digital Agency is a digital agency in Johannesburg, South Africa. For anything on this page we are the responsible party under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect, and why
- Enquiry form. Your first name, email address, your message, and a phone number if you choose to give one. We use these to reply to you and to follow up on your enquiry by email.
- Follow-Up Gap Audit form. Your first name and email address. We use these to send you the audit and the short email series that goes with it. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Call bookings. If you book a call, the booking tool collects the name, email address and anything else you enter there, so that we can hold the meeting.
- WhatsApp, phone and email. If you contact us directly, we keep the conversation so we can answer you.
- Cookies and measurement. If you allow it, Google Analytics and Google Ads set cookies so we can see which pages get read and whether our adverts lead to enquiries. If you say no, those cookies are not set.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not buy lists.
Your cookie choice
You were asked once, the first time you visited. You can change your answer whenever you like.
Who processes it for us
We run the site and our follow-up on tools from other companies. They handle your information on our instructions, and some of them store it outside South Africa.
- Brevo receives both forms and sends our emails.
- Google provides analytics, advert measurement, the reCAPTCHA check on our forms, and the fonts on this site.
- Calendly handles call bookings.
- WhatsApp (Meta) carries messages you send us there.
- Namecheap hosts the website and keeps standard server logs.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and client records for as long as we are in conversation or working together, and for as long afterwards as the law requires. You stay on our email list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
Your rights
Under POPIA you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Email info@1015jt.com and we will act on it.
If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
